1、 Objective: this management procedure is formulated to eliminate all slavery and human trafficking employment
2、 Scope: this procedure is applicable to the requirements of the factory and all business partners such as suppliers and contractors.
3、 Responsibilities: vigorously strengthen publicity, oppose and prohibit the use of any slavery and human trafficking employment, and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the factory and all business partners such as suppliers and contractors of the factory.
3、 Policy content:
3.1 preamble: Article 4 of the Universal Declaration of human rights (1948) stipulates that no one shall be held in slavery or servitude, and all forms of slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited. The Supplementary Convention on the abolition of slavery, the slave trade and institutions and customs similar to slavery, adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in September 1956, further defines the concept and scope of the slave trade, emphasizes the seriousness of the crime, and requires the laws of the States parties to the Convention to criminalize the slave trade and impose severe penalties. The Supplementary Convention also stipulates that some practices similar to slavery, such as debt slavery, serfdom, bride trading and child labour, are illegal.
3.2 statement: the factory is committed to implementing the anti slavery and human trafficking system and control. Modern slavery can take various forms, including human trafficking, slavery, slavery, forced and forced labour. The factory will never tolerate any form of modern slavery, and strive to fully abide by all applicable labor and employment laws, regulations and rules. We implement these policies and controls among all our business partners to eliminate the risk of slavery and human trafficking violations in our operations. 4、 Working procedure
4.1 according to the code of conduct of "opposing and prohibiting any slavery and human trafficking employment", the factory will strictly implement relevant laws and regulations and employ legally according to law. In order to avoid human trafficking, the factory follows and maintains the following procedures:
4.1.1 appoint the manager of the administration department as the person in charge of the company's anti slavery and human trafficking policies: be responsible for implementing and supervising the practical implementation of the anti slavery and human trafficking policies. Responsible for formulating personnel recruitment policies and labor employment policies; Communicate with employees on anti trafficking policies to jointly promote employment safety; Regularly review the company's labor policies to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and customer requirements.
4.1.2 oppose and prohibit slave workers and human trafficking workers in any form from working in the factory, and strictly prohibit the recruitment of slave workers and human trafficking workers in any form. If the other party obtains the factory's trust by deception, the factory will take measures to protect the victims and report to relevant departments or local governments immediately.
4.1.3 the factory must abide by the supplier's code of ethics and strictly prohibit the application of any slave workers and human trafficking workers. The administration department is responsible for checking all personnel files and working documents in the factory. If any abnormality is found, it shall immediately report to the leader and take protective measures.
4.1.4 strengthen publicity in the factory, oppose and prohibit the use of slave workers and human trafficking workers, emphasize its harmfulness and seriousness, encourage employees to supervise, and report and expose suspicious people to the factory.
4.2 according to the code of conduct of "opposing and prohibiting any slavery and human trafficking employment", the factory requires all suppliers and contractors to strictly implement laws and regulations and employ legally according to law. In order to avoid human trafficking, all suppliers, contractors and other business partners must comply with and maintain the following procedures:
We must strictly abide by "oppose and prohibit any slavery and human trafficking employment". Our factory publicizes all relevant regulations in this regard to all suppliers, contractors and other business partners and notifies each other in the form of documents. All business partners must have a set of documents on "opposing and prohibiting any slavery and human trafficking employment", make a commitment and compliance statement on opposing and prohibiting the use of slavery and human trafficking, publish it in the factory and strengthen publicity. For example, check the personnel files of all employees in the "recruitment policy", visit employees, and report to the leader immediately if any abnormality is found.
